I've been going to Luxe nail salon for about 3 years. They have always provided incredible service. They do get busy and have a small staff, so I highly recommend making an appointment ahead of time. They do fanstadtic with my gel mani, pedicure and waxing everytime! They are also really good with my daughter who is 5 and has gone in a few times over the years with me.

I am not a person that normally complains, the reply from the owner is inaccurate. You can see below from the owner's reply (which I added below) that there is no accountability from the Salon.
1. I had my nails done many times, you need to soak them before trying to remove (soaking was not done) them so hurting customer is not normal. I had my nails done many times and no, it does not hurt.
2. Yes, someone did come to try to fix but at that moment I was uncomfortable and did not want to continue with the manicure.
Further, that is a lie, that is not my old nail shape, in fact I asked

Design was okay, however the gel came off really fast and it was super over charged, my gel manicure which was just one color was almost $50. i asked for my sister to get normal polish NO gel and even confirmed it and they put gel and the total bill was super expensive even though i said no gel.

Over priced ... they did a great job but I could had receive the same service for a lower price somewhere else. For a mani with gel French tip was $45 .

First post pandemic mani/pedi...not impressed. Pedicure chair very uncomfortable. Girl doing toes did not speak English and could not understand me. They seemed to be in a hurry which I could understand if place was full or people were waiting...it was not at all!! Will find somewhere else to go next time they had you these strips of colors but only have about 1/3 of them. All in all not at all the relaxed pampering I was looking for or paid for!

Arrived at the salon after 11 am to get a fill, no one was in there which was perfect. A lady started on my nails by removing my previous gel polish. Then all of a sudden, a male pointed me over to his chair to do my nails? Okay? He was very nice, but I do not like my nails. Told him a couple nails were crooked which he didn't hesitate to fix but a couple nails are thick. Was praying he at least knew how to properly paint nails, which unfortunately, he needs more practice. Uneven coats, and it's obvious where he missed on spots for a top coat. $45 down the drain and I was nice enough

I just came in for a gel mani and a regular pedi. Michael did my mani and he was so patient and sweet. He was talkative and I felt very comfortable coming in. It was my first time here and I was nervous just because I'm 4 1/2 months pregnant. My mani was done by. Indy. She was also patient, took her time, and was very detailed. I didn't feel rushed out. I will definitely be back.

I'm normally good at not complaining but I just felt robbed! I just came from here and spent $115 ($10 discount) for my mom's gel manicure and 2 deluxe pedicure. With that amount of money you'd think I'd get the much needed pampering that my money deserves but NO. Deluxe pedicure supposed to come with "entered massage," sugar scrub, hot stones, etc. I got the rest but the extended massage was non existence. I go to nail salon regularly and always get a good massage with the oil and mango lotion but not in this nail salon! This left my legs very very dry. The lady that

I wanted to have a little acrylic on both big toes (you know cause that's the trend now) she did the THICKEST coat of acrylic on my big toe it's ridiculous. I kept asking them for colored acrylic powder on my nails & they kept bringing out dip powder! I had to explain that the method is (powder + liquid) the powder comes in different colors but I don't think they had it. I just told her to finish dipping them, the guy told me it would originally take only 30 minutes (it took an hour). The pedicure was nice besides the GLOB of acrylic atop of my toenail. It's been long overdue and my hubby has been wanting to pamper me so I finally when to get a mani-pedi done. I called to see if they were open and the manager I believe answered and let me know that they were opened and not busy at the moment such was great for me. They were also running their business outside next to the JcPenneys and movie theater entrance. They sanitized, wore gloves, face masks and had the plastics window between customer and worker. My gma and i got our hands and feet done and it all came out nice. Not the best but I like they had it set up outside bc of covid. I saw them trying to sanitize btwn customers. Its best to make an appointment bc there is limited space. They didn't understand my grandma and when she said she didn't want a flower she wanted rhinestones somehow she got a leaf... Theres also a covid fee.

While I have been going here since it has opened, it seems the owners are starting to get more shady with price and service.
Today, my pedicure was a mere OK approval. My left pinky toe - nail is half painted and the big toe has air bubbles. I paid $26 for my pedicure which I think is slightly over priced compared to better shops.
Three weeks ago, I got the acrylic manicure - $50 and they did not even clean my nails. In addition, Tina is probably the worse person to get your jails done by. The first time she did my nails, I had the gel and I air bubbles for days

I came here yesterday to get a fill for my previous visit, and unfortunately my experience was not as good. They were a bit more busy, so that's why the lady that help me might have felt more rushed.
