I am more than happy with Blue Utopia Pools since they have undergone new ownership. Kurt the owner has brought his charm and midwestern values to this business. His overall high quality and blue collar work ethic has more than earned my business. When my pump tool a nose dive he was there faster than proposed as the summer heat set in. It was replaced up and running before the sweltering heat could hinder the quality of the water in my oasis of zen that is my pool.

I've had a great experience with Kurt and Tara at Blue Utopia. They take care of our pool and spa at a rental property where we live out of state. They are our eyes and ears when we are away. If I could give less than one star I would. They are horrible. They emptied my pool almost two years ago and started over. Then they never bothered to take care of it at all. I complained about the guy serving my pool for over a year now not doing his job, not testing chemicals and they blamed it on the tree in my neighbors yard. I had several people come look at my pool and tell me the excuse was exactly that just an excuse to not do a job. Shame on you!
