I want to thank AJ for treating my mom with the upmost respect. He did a great job helping her and went above and beyond to inform her of everything. My mom isn't very experienced with anything pool related and he took the time to explain everything to her with an amazing attitude. All I can say is this Company was on point with every portion of my repair. Had the bottom portion of my cartridge filter replaced by AJ. Next day there was water leakage most likely caused be Me. I called back with my issue and they took care of me right away. From dispatch to completion a quality driven company. Edit I used these guys through ORHW home warranty.

Got them threw our home warranty, never thought a good home warranty could work with someone so unprofessional and I hate to judge but... Lazy
They were here for 5 mins! Yep, a whole 5 mins to tell me my pool is all foggy and green because offa one time leak, they even opened the filter and said the sand is ok in there, I mean, how can u eyeball wet sand, probably kind of a joke...

AJ installed my new Jandy pump and other equipment a little over a year ago and the work he did was incredible. He took the time to show me how the new equipment works an much more. Just recently he replaced a leaking valve on my main pool equipment and had it done in no time. If you live in the west valley have AJ from Aaron pools take care of you. He will do it right.

DONT GO WITH THEM
Sent by AHS and said my pool pump broke bc due to NOT normal wear and tear which is biggest lie. I have second and third opinion from more reliable pool company with 4-5 star ratings - they all say it's normal wear and tear. My original pool pump brand is Hayward and apparently they do not make the ones I have anymore. (photo attached)
Spoke to AHS, their technicians get paid by AHS just to go out there... one of the AHS staff felt bad and said there is nothing they can do, they have reported a complaint against Aaron pool.
Aaron pool also claim they are the #1 pool

Wow, Horrible service. Especially by Natalia the supposed customer service agent. The technican came out to the house to fix my filter and he said it was broken. He said it was not from normal wear and tear being only 7 years old. The technican also said he would follow up with my which he never did. Do not trust this company or waste your time with them. Worst customer service ever. I wish I could give zero stars.

My home warranty used Aaron Pools for our service. I was worried when I came onto yelp to check out their reviews and they didn't have a lot, but am happy to report that we got great service!
Our technician was great! He came on time, immediately got to work and resolved our problem of our pool engine not working! What we though could potentially be a major expensive was an "easy" fix on his side and only cost us our service fee! What a relief!
Would definitely recommend them! I've bookmarked them and hope I can request them next time we have any pool issues!
