Dr. Chopra is a very thorough and intelligent physician. I was first impressed by her credentials of having three boards before meeting her. Once I met her I was even more impressed by how bright, caring, warm, and compassionate she is. Dr. Chopra has a way of making people feel comfortable and safe. She has been a huge advocate for my daughter, and has really helped our whole family heal. We feel so blessed to have her as the treating psychiatrist for our daughter, and cannot recommend her enough. She is the best mental health professional who we have come across.

It took a few calls to talk to the receptionist to schedule an appointment. Then I was informed that even though Dr. Chopra showed up as an in-network doctor for my plan, I would have to pay the out-of-network fee if I have a PPO. Given the average network fee discount is 35-50% typically, I can deduce the reason for that. It's very disappointing to see the doctor to put her own financial interest above the patients' interest. In doing so, she is taking advantage of the potential patient pool when one looks for an in-network doctor, but not having to follow the contract rates agreed
