Amanda M. Oliver (formerly Amanda M. Sleezer) is a Partner of Weiss-Kunz & Oliver, LLC. Ms. Oliver has focused on cases involving child custody, visitation, child support and parentage matters, estate valuation and account tracing, prenuptial agreements, and various other pre-decree and post-decree issues.
Kasia Malkinska Naugle is an accomplished litigator with more than a decade of legal experience. When Kasia joined Weiss-Kunz & Oliver, LLC in 2018 as a Senior Associate Attorney, she had successfully tried more than 100 cases to verdict, including several jury trials. Kasia was promoted to Partner in 2020 after successfully resolving and/or trying multiple family law cases.
In 2021, Andrew Ference was promoted to be a Partner at Weiss-Kunz & Oliver, LLC after winning several challenging cases for his clients and the firm. Practicing exclusively in family law, Andrew primarily handles complex divorce cases, paternity and child support issues, and custody and visitation matters.

Beware of this attorney. Within one month of hiring Maxine for my divorce and child custody case, she used up 80% of my retainer fee for some or other unnecessary reason and included her assistant Meghan Troc to work on my case side by side. Meghan Troc is so unprofessional that she use to shout at me and behave so rudely with me on my case details as if she is doing me a favor by working on my case and as if she is working free of cost for me. Maxine and Meghan shared my confidential details to the opposite counsel for their own benefits. She did not put across any of the valid points infront
