Just closed on our home with guidance from Ms. Sarah Marie Roth. Could not agree more with another reviewer; you will not save coin by skimping on your attorney. This is the biggest transaction of your life and you want a seasoned professional at your side. Sarah provided options to consider as we waded through each of the stages, as well as her objective and thoughtful perspective of the decisions we finalized. Vince and his team are amazing! Vince helped me when I purchased my condo and then again when my wife and I sold. The selling process can be very daunting. Vince and his team were always responsive and explained each step in detail throughout the entire process. Vincent helped me close on my very first flip and walked me through it step by step. Right away I could tell that he was experienced and he knew what he was doing by the feedback he was providing. One minute you are young and cool and a little adventurous, and the next minute you fly off the deep end and decide to buy a foreclosure as a first time buyer. Vince has got you covered. He had no problem dealing with what turned into not one, but two complicated foreclosure transactions. (He also helped me come to my senses and realize the HOA at the first house was crazy.)
Don't skimp on your lawyer - even if you are a bit of a tightwad. He will save you way more money and grief than you pay him.

We worked with Vincent on 3 real estate transactions in 2018. Vincent and team are the best in the real estate legal business. Not only is he affordable, he goes above and beyond for clients. One of the transactions was challenging as our real estate agent was not prompt and we had to deal with inspection related issues. Vincent went beyond his normal duties by arranging for contractors to fix the issues. He spent more than 50 hrs dealing with the closing and didnot request a higher fee. He is honest, knows his work and professional.
