This guy changed insurance on me before he finished work. I had to get full dentures put in and all I’ve had for the past year are temporary ones that are awful. I cannot eat and if I do I have to take them out to gum down my food which causes really bad bathroom times.The best part is he charged me out of pocket for my final visit over 2k and all he did was screw in replacement parts for my lower dentures knowing full well that he was changing insurance and would not be finishing the work. I’m going to another dentist now that told me the parts I was charged over 2k for would only have cost

This “Dentist” has his employees do most of the work and cares very little about his patients. I had dentures started* by dr Byler, but right before the last step in completing the work he changed insurance carriers because his cost was too high. Now I have to find another dentist to complete the last step in a very difficult process. His response was passing me off to another dentist because he would not have made enough money to finish his work. If you need money so bad you do something like this to a patient at the last step, I hope people hearing this makes it harder for you to treat other

I have been going to Dr.Byler for a couple of years now and my mom and best friend have been going for much longer. I cant speak enough on how much I enjoy going here. Dr.Byler and his staff are so friendly and I always leave feeling well taken care of. Dr is very conservative and very good at what he does as well as Shayna(hygienist) I highly recommend this office for your dental needs!!

I have been going to Dr. Chad Byler for over 10 years and he's great! I have had experience with shady dentist in the past and I am so glad that I found Dr. Byler. He doesn't drum up treatments just for the sake of making money. If you don't have any issues, you just go in for your cleanings. I am very happy with his service and his team's service! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

I am very happy with the dental service they provided. I explained my situation to the dental assistant and she got me an appointment that fit my work schedule. I had a damaged tooth that was beyond repair. After taking x-rays at 5 pm. Dr. Byler asked if I wanted to go ahead and remove the tooth right then. What impressed me is that he asked if his staff would be able to stay after hours to do this. I did feel like they had the option to say no. It was fast, fairly painless ( shots ) and not as expensive as I was prepared to pay. He informed me of the several options I have in the future to maintain

First and only visit was great. It was the best visit I have ever had. I was looking forward to spending my money there, knowing that i felt that the best was working on my teeth. However something happened between 2 phone calls not even 5 minutes apart that has made me take my business elsewhere. I apologize for your bad luck. Dr Byler & staff are awesome! I had held off getting work done for years because I hated the dentist & due to prior experience just kept putting it off. I am so glad I found Dr Byler. I have had a lot of work done in the last 3 months and am so impressed with the work he does. Everyone there is very compassionate & professional & truly cares about the patient. The front desk staff was beyond patient with me while we emailed back and forth establishing insurance and policies.
Dr. Byler himself is a very friendly and talented dentist. He was able to extract a molar with very minimal effort and time. The procedure was a breeze and almost painless!
The staff even followed up after my visit to inform me that I was being extended a refund as my procedure went quicker and smoother than expected!

This dentist was recommended to me by a friends and I'm so happy with their recommendation. They got me in the day I called, I have a toothache and they knew I needed to be seen. Dr. Byler spent a lot of time discussing options with me and the pros and cons of everything. I've never had a dentist take this much time my teeth. Highly recommend Dr. Byler as a trusted dentist that cares for his patients.

Dr. Byler is incredibly nice and his staff is outstanding. I especially love the dental assistant who does the cleanings. She could be a dentist herself. I wish I could go back there, but my insurance doesn't cover Dr. Byler anymore since I began a new job. I used to drive from Round Rock to Bastrop just to go to his office.
Each room is equipped with a TV too, so you can watch TV to keep your mind off of things while you wait or at least listen while they work.
The ONLY thing I could say was when I had to get a lot of dental work done, they quoted a price to me without consulting my insurance

My husband and I drive all the way to Bastrop for our dental work. Dr. Byler and his staff are outstanding. Everyone in the office is very nice, outgoing, and professional. They are very accommodating when it comes to our appointments and work us in as quickly as they can. We have been to other dental professionals in the Austin area who have suggested we get unnecessary work done on our mouth, that cost us a fortune. Dr. Byler is a very honest person who is here to help, not take your money! We highly recommend Dr. Byler and his staff.
