Update: Now this office is changing it's story to it's my fault
I was told by my insurance agent to file a claim under the belief I wouldn't be charged my deductible due to me not being at fault for the claim. Unfortunately, I ended up paying my deductible which happens. I was then told AFTER everything that for 50 cents more I could have changed my policy to avoid paying hundreds of dollar. Furthermore, I was told over the phone that this sort of thing should have been brought up to me in an annual review with my agent. In 6 or 7 years here I never once had any sort of discussion like this. Then

I cannot thank Danelle Laney more. If she didn't help me get the policy by the final cut off, I will have to buy wa care fund involuntarily. Danelle understood me as her customer, and offered timely and simple process to go through the process and finalize application. The application is approved successfully as expected. I have been working with belltown office for several years with several car/property insurance, their service is flexible and they listen to customer. I am pretty happy about it.

Working with my local State Farm office has always been a breeze. The people who work there are super friendly and always put my mind at ease when answering questions about my insurance policies. I am moving to a mew apartment complex that requires a renters policy upon move in. !!!FIND ANOTHER AGENCY!!! I filed a formal complaint against this office with State Farm Headquarters.
I transferred my insurance from Progressive and bundled home, auto, and life insurance with my girlfriend at Youkie Chambers' office. My girlfriend and I were placed with a brand new agent. She wasn't well-versed in insurance, but she was nice… and so we were patient.
Fast-forward a couple months and I crashed my Volvo. I called State Farm and they said I had no rental coverage, which was strange, because I specifically requested it. Then I called looking for my adjuster and they told me

I've been working with Youkie for 6 years now and it's always been great. From helping make sure I have the lowest rate possible to getting me a rental car after mine got totaled, she and her team have always… had my back. This morning I called to add a lender's name to my auto insurance and found out that they'd already taken care of it a few days ago without me having to do anything! What great service!
