I live in the Yakima Valley area, and I was hesitant to switch over from a local insurance agency and to work with agent that are not local, however Evan has made it so easy to work with I can't remember a time where he didn't answer my call or return my call within that same day. Evan took is time in explaining difference in policies and didn't make me feel pressured into choose one at that moment. Not only did he help me with home insurance, but also with my rental property, and car insurance saving me money. Evan has earn my business and trust. After faxing a signed cancellation request 3 weeks, I figured out accidentally that my policy was not canceled because I didn’t talk to my State Farm agent directly, explained by the customer service. If a faxed request is not enough, I believe my “former” agent can simply give me a call, instead of pretending that nothing has happened.
When I requested cancellation over the phone with the customer service, I was told that I would not be able to get a confirmation until the 1-2 week process/evaluation was completed by their underwriter. Seriously? I need to get other’s permission to cancel

Diane Elie was extremely helpful during the refinance of my house. The mortgage company did not pay the final installment of my HO insurance when they promised. Diane monitored the situation daily and enabled me to avoid policy cancellation due to their delay. Her very professional diligence was very appreciated!

I can not explain how smooth and easy Evan made the switch over from our previous Auto insurance and agent. We had been trying for months to find a better deal through our old agent and got no where. With Evan, it was as simple as reaching out. With his help were able to find a great deal where we are paying far lower than our older plan but still have the security that we will be covered in the event of an accident. I was working with a previous agent who took a week vacation while I was in the middle of buying a home (and on my closing week- and did not inform us til the last day!). I called this state farm agency and Diane answered the phone and calmed down a very stressed out customer so professionally, then handed me over to Emmanuel who was able to promptly and quickly respond and get everything out the door in <24 hours, and brought us from being "behind" to "back on time" in the home closing process.
