JR suggested we “flip” the house ourselves to maximize our return. He was a tireless worker and was with us every step of the way through the remodel. We sold our house for more than we ever imagined. When we fell out of escrow due to a health issue with the buyer, JR had another buyer in the wings and we were back in escrow within three hours, for $60K more than the original sale price!

This was our second time working with JR.
