I resided in a property managed by Pearson Smith for a few years. Never again. This is the worst management group I have ever dealt with in terms of professionalism, communication, respect and responsibility.
Trying to contact someone in regards to issues became a joke. They also would create new policies, and not inform us of changes. When I was able to talk to someone and ask why we weren't informed, the response would be "I cannot go back and see if an email was sent out" and "it is what it is".

I first came into contact with Pearson Smith a couple of years ago by meeting one of their buyer's agents, Scott Petersen. He spoke plainly with me, which I appreciated as a buyer. He helped me find my home and facilitated the purchase, so I contacted him again for Property Mgmt recommendations when I was planning to move out. Working with Pearson Smith Property Management has been such a carefree and enjoyable process. The management team was immediately responsive to all my concerns during the home listing phase.
