Terrible communication about time sensitive issues solely utilizing their online portal instead of contacting directly via email or even a phone call.
If I didn’t log into the portal to check status of a citation (that I can prove was fixed before the citation was issued), I would not have seen important messages about association fees being overdue, etc.
Have owned the same property since 2007, decided to sell in 2021. During property inspections prior to selling, were issued citations for things that had already been corrected or modifications that were made when we purchased the property

I have worked with Kristen Isasken for 3 years and her assistant Nia Desoto for about 1.5 years now.
Both of them have always been professional, polite, and on time. They are great with communication sending out notices to residents, responding to calls, emails, and paying invoices on time.

I have worked with several property management companies and managers. After completing several projects, NRP is a highly regarded client. Specifically I have worked with Kristen Isasken and Nia Desoto, both of which have been a pleasure to work with.
As a contractor, NRP has always been professional, responsive, competent, and on time. They know their properties well, inform their residents of what is going on, and inform us of any issues they are aware of ahead of time. They have never been late to a meeting or making a payment.

I have to commend NRP for staffing its communities with property managers who are caring, helpful and gets things done. Kesa is the manager of the The Reserve Condominiums in Manassas Park, where my parents lived, and she's immeasurably on top of things. I've leaned on her to help me navigate the process of moving out and preparing the condo for sale, on my parents' behalf. She's the type that always gets back to you when she says she will and understands the need to be timely. And, she's a very nice person, to boot. She is a definitely an asset to the community!

We do work for many different properties Mgmt.. Companies but NRP is the best by far, from management to the supporting staff.

I am on my condo board and we switched to NRP in early 2020 after a nightmare experience with another management company. NRP handled the transition wonderfully, despite operations moving remote due to the pandemic. Our property manager, Justin Field, is responsive and timely, keeps us informed of changing laws affecting our association, and has recommended new vendors for us to consider for projects around the property. And, Justin always has professional and level-headed responses in heated situations. I am happy we made the switch!

My husband and I just moved into a new community managed by NRP. We are first-time homeowners and also new to HOAs. NRP representatives Vickie Leith and Dani Gaspari have provided exceptional customer service. They have been super-responsive to email inquiries and requests (even during the HOA docs review portion of the closing process). This management company managed my condo association for over 7 years. In that time, I only had to send two "complaints" - one about a violation letter I shouldn't have received and a community light outage that couldn't be seen during the daytime. The board chose to recently switch management companies and I've already had to send 5 complaint letters in two months - the change of management companies is already showing and it's frustrating as a long time resident.

In the several months I have worked with the National Realty Partnership (NRP) staff assigned to my condominium association, Manager Crystal Partin and Assistant Manager Ally Medina, I have found them to be very responsive and diligent. Their response time to emails has been within an hour in the great majority of the time.
An example of NRP's responsiveness has to do with maintaining my community's grounds. The landscaping company was using huge mowers on hillsides, a practice that would leave tracks from the ripped out sod. I took pictures, sent them to Ally who in turn promptly forwarded

I live in Reston and they recently became our Edgewater Condo Community property management. Our property manager is Justin Field he is very professional and has a great concern for our property. I had to call him twice about two important issues in our condo development. Justin responded immediately. I am so thankful and grateful to have him in charge of our community property. I have lived here for 20 years and he and this company seems to know what they are doing and they are staying on top of things. Great Job !!!!

NRP employs low level talent who never meet expectations nor do they care they are doing a poor job.
Keep telling everyone that you have 'fired' buildings because they didn't align with your culture. You hate feedback and find any reason not to do the job you are paid good money to do.
Again anyone thinking of using NRP- RUN! The other reviews are correct- they are unethical, negligent and highly incompetent.
