Before joining Open Window, Michelle worked in support of a government contract that focused on military housing for our service members worldwide. Her caring nature made her an asset to the program as well as our firm. Esmirelda is a Certified Professional Property Manager with real estate licenses in Maryland and Virginia.

With her many years of experience managing residential properties, she is proud to assist both homeowners and tenants with their rental needs. Esmirelda especially enjoys getting to know Open Window's tenants and their families. Glennis has been Open Window's in-house maintenance manager since inception.

Between 60 and 70 days prior to the expiration of your current lease agreement, Open Window will contact you regarding your lease. At that time, you will have the option to renew or end your lease agreement. Detailed instructions will be provided in your Lease Renewal Letter. The conditions of your specific lease will determine if you are permitted to make physical changes to your unit (and to what extent).
I already have a copy of my credit and criminal background, may I just supply you with those so I don't have to pay an application fee?. I would like to speak to someone personally about my credit situation before sending an application and wasting the fee unnecessarily. Is that possible?. Each individual 18 years of age and older who will be residing in the property will be required to complete an application.
