This waterfall is as magnificent and memorable as any in the country! Multnomah Falls is located just 30 minutes from Rolling Hills Mobile Terrace & RV Park.
We accept older RVs if they are in good shape, and they have a full working bathroom. If your rig is more than 20 years old, we need to see a picture of all four sides. If it is a motor home, it has to be able to be driven into the park. If your rig is a towed unit, you must have the ability to tow it or have the financial ability to have it towed.
Rolling Hills Mobile Terrace & RV Park maintains a clean, quiet and comfortable environment for the traveler or the extended-stay guest. We ask that residents do not do repairs to any vehicle in the park as this causes noise and oftentimes oil stains. Trash dumpsters and recycle bins are provided by the toilet block on the east side of the park.
We're located right off I-84 Freeway at the Fairview Parkway/Blue Lake Park exit. Near the Columbia River, we're just east of Downtown Portland and near North Gresham & Troutdale. The park is a mere ten minutes from the Portland International Airport (PDX) in Fairview and close proximity to all of Portland's VA Veterans Hospital and Clinics.

Very poor service! I applied for space and was denied for false reasons. Employment never verified, rent never verified! Not sure what the problem is there. I am very happy now that they denied me.

Nice, clean park. Very friendly neighbors with the exception of a few people I would stay away from. Nice pool. Great laundry room with blue tooth compatibility with an app on your phone. Lots of trees for nice shade throughout the day. Nice grassy area for a dog walk and for them to do their business. Nice grassy areas around every site. Wifi never worked, which made it difficult to do work stuff unless I bought Xfiniy, which I did not want to do. Shower houses were locked and appeared to never be used. Had to get keys from management if needed to be used. Overall, those were the only issues.

I have lived here almost a year now, back when brandy and Bobby was here this place was easily 6/5 stars. Brandy and Bobby were on top of everything, got back to you in a timely manner, kept the place clean etc.. there is new management- Nancy. While she is very nice I think she lacks the training needed to be a manager. She does not get back to you at all IF she gets back to you it’s literally weeks later.. she doesn’t tell you how much your rent is (it fluctuates here) until a couple days before it’s due which makes it frustrating and extremely difficult to plan finances. People are now

I am staying here long term. Clean, quiet park. There was a management change during the snow storm. I can only assume that is why the roads weren't plowed and we couldn't get out for four days.

My husband and I have been here for 4+ years, and really love it! Park manager, Brandi, and maintenance, Bobby, are so awesome! They do a great job, and are very friendly. We also enjoy the community of our caring neighbors, who watch over each other. The park is quiet and very clean. Great access to shopping etc.

Brandi office lady, very helpful. The park looks very calm nicer than others I've seen, I'm barely moving in but looks nice sounds quite, only thing I didn't like was the sewer smell, but that's only by the office.

I live here. It's quiet. Well maintained. The managers are awesome and dont favor anyone over anyone else. They are fair and expect the rules to be followed. A very clean pool and restrooms. Things get done here a bit faster now since they hired this new Matenance guy. Great worker and friendly. I have nothing bad to say about this place but the train noise and the water treatment plant smell next door. But if something needs done ask and it gets done.

The staff are rude almost no real maintenance except yard and not much of that. There over priced, if your a resident you can't use the bathrooms only people who stay for a day or two can use them, there have been like 2 to 3 shootings here and multiple thefts from people's bikes to peoples propane tanks. People being harassed by other tenants and staff. I don't care who looks at this I'm not going to lie to make anyone happy. I feel like I did something good by warning everyone

I was new to the RV life when I applied Nov 2016. I transferred from Southern California to Portland on VERY short notice - Just 3 weeks. I reached out to Rolling Hills and received a response from Anne very quickly. I was approved within a week, and was able to have my Dad meet me there with the family RV.
The previous reviews on them had me a little nervous, but as I said it was very short notice. I am very glad that I took the chance, because the managers were really good to me! I was new to the RV life, and arrived just a couple of weeks before "Snowmageddon" struck. It was a rough introduction
