We have stayed here every year for 4 years! Love everything about this place! People are good about picking up after their dogs! I like that they have signs stating it also. The gals who run the office are so friendly and helpful! The maintenance guy is awesome 👌 keeps the grounds absolutely beautiful! 💯

This is not a campground -- it is a spot to park your own comfortable RV while doing business or visiting family in the Beaverton area. There was no fire pit or picnic table, but it was quiet and **clean**. They take great care of the park, it feels safe, the location is convenient and close to plenty of shopping, and even though I did not get a chance to meet any of the staff I'm going to assume they are great as well. We'll be staying again the next time we visit family in the area.

Wonderful place, lawn guys is nice and friendly and one of the ladies in the office is too... other one not so much. Being on the river is nice and people are quiet. Only complaint is that I'm pretty sure I was the only one who actually cleaned up after their dog. Watch for landmines, people are rude.

Nice park, good location close to OHSU, as we were there for medical reasons. Park management was very accommodating to us as we potentially had to stay past reservation period. Restrooms and laundry room was clean. We had a pull through site, #79. It was a bit unlevel towards the back end, so had to use blocks to level the motor home on the rear tires. Other than that, no problems. We would stay here again, and due to the usage we saw, recommend reservations rather than just showing up.

I'd never stay in the pull through spots again. Way too close together. No trees. Really almost nowhere to put chairs. Pretty highly priced. Our cable worked very little of the time. There are just not a lot of options in the area. We requested a riverfront spot and were told they were for month long renters, so we agreed to rent for a month. Then we were told our motor home was too old for monthly rental. When we arrived there were many rvs in those spaces obviously older than ours. Sorry owners. Just being honest. I hope our feelings are helpful for your future. If you had worked with us we could

My only complaint during check-in was that you have to temporarily park your rig on a severely downward angled hill. Make sure to use your parking brake! We stayed in site 32 and it was rather cramped. They did warn me when I made the reservation though that our 28 foot class A RV would barely fit, as the site is only 29 feet long. Thank goodness it was paved and level. Each RV site includes adjoining space to park your tow car or truck. Very clean private bathrooms. The laundry was quite a deal at only $1.50 to wash (40 minutes) and $1.50 to dry (60 minutes.) We ordered a package during

Shocked at how we were treated trying to make a reservation. They wouldn't even consider us because our RV is a 99 (picture of our RV attached to this comment). They wouldn't even let us send them a picture to show them the condition of our RV. People always compliment our motorhome and think its new. Its been stored indoors almost its whole life. This RV has never been rejected from a park before. We even explained I am a travel nurse trying to work in Portland. In this stressful year when it has been difficult finding jobs, this campground made it even more stressful. Most places make

I spoke to staff of the park while in the decision making process of moving to Western Oregon. They were very patient and understanding. We needed a space for 60 to 90 days. The long term rental agent worked quickly to aprove our stay for 2 months with an option for an additional month. The facility is kept clean and all the staff are friendly. We… found our permanent housing so we did not need the 3rd month. They totally understood. A big "Thank You" for working with my bride and I during this transition. You guys kept it smooth and simple.

I don’t think the pictures did the park justice, we were really impressed with how clean and well maintained everything was. It’s located near lots of restaurants and shopping while still being a bit removed and very quiet. Keep an eye out when you arrive, the entrance sneaks up on you a bit, but it’s still very easy to find and access, so long as you’re paying attention. Employees were friendly and helpful and our stay was really pleasant. We’ll definitely be back in the future!

I've been here only once and a long time ago about 1982 or maybe 1983 as I can recall? So even if many years have passed I still will write a review if you please? We had our union local Mailhandlers 315 labor day picnic and Beer Bust here? I remember the park being clean and managed by an older lady. Of course then most everyone was older? My kids were young and so was I in my early 30's then? I am now 73 but have good memories of this park. I could never forget that name even if I wanted to?? ''Roamers Rest'' like wow! 5 stars****! ''Thank you Roamers

Stopped and stayed here with family that was visiting from out of state. Had a pull through spot which made it convenient for easy exit. Only downfall is not a lot of shade and it gets HOT on the cement during summer. And- you can reach out from your lawn chair and touch your neighbors trailer. Otherwise, it's clean. Cement and grass. Not much overflow parking so plan accordingly if needed. Short drive to fast food, etc. If traveling North on 99w, prepare to make a u turn to get into the RV park.
