The Portland-Woodburn RV Park is located just minutes off of I-5 at exit #271 and right next to one of Oregon's most popular attractions, the Woodburn Premium Outlet Stores, with a convenient onsite store offering RV supplies, small food items and souvenirs, and within walking distance of Starbucks, Elmer's, Jack-in-the-Box and Arby's.
The Portland-Woodburn RV Park offers 150 well kept sites, FREE Wi-Fi, and can accommodate even the largest of recreational vehicles with up to 65 ft pull through. We have well-maintained restroom and shower facilities open 24 hours, a heated swimming pool (seasonal), gazebo and barbeque area, and even plenty of green grass for children and pets to play.

This is a great place to stay for all you folks with RVs. Spaces are large, surroundings are quiet, the ladies in the office are always friendly and I'm sure they're smiling under their masks. Your fur babies are welcome, there's on site laundry, clean restrooms and showers. There's even a pool open for the summer season. Also, walking distance to Elmer's, Arby's, Jack in the Box, Jimmy John's, Starbucks, and The Outlet Mall.

Apparently they want payment history verbalized over the phone which explains why they have open spots. I have been paying a mortgage, electric bill, sewer bill, cell phone bill, multiple sources of payment history for the last 20 years on time. These companies will not share account information due to privacy laws unless they are authorized. It may be a nice RV park but I guess other people have ruined the trust factor with this place! It's unfortunate for people who need a month to month living space that actually have jobs and pay there bills on time. There are still lots of honest people out

The lady at the desk was very welcoming and informative to the park. Nice great space. Located right next to the Outlets, Panera Bread. We we're coming back from Packwood, WA back home to California and glad we came here with space available. The premium shot accommodated a 65' RV with enclosed trailer no problem. Nice dog park area and a pool.

This place is nice and quiet. They keep it very clean. They have a fenced dog yard which is nice. So close to the outlet mall also. There are so many full timers here but it is very nice. Also an upside is the pool when it is open. However the play area is a wreak. The WiFi is awful as well so this might make a difference if you have kids which we did. Lots of places to eat if you leant to go out.

The people that worked there were so amazingly friendly and nice to me and the grounds and sites looked clean and well-kept by management. The flowers were beautiful. The little off-leash dog area looked like it was nice and clean as well. Everything at the site was in working order and the couple issues we did have, they were there to fix it/assist immediately. I only had a couple issues and it's entirely possible that I'm the only one who even cares about these things, but.. the sites where we were are extremely close together, there's a little bit of grass between them, but it still just felt

Located about a half hour drive from Portland on I-5 South is a nice RV Park. The Portland-Woodburn RV Park is a place we have stayed before to visit family.
First the good. The park is located next to a large shopping mall that is within easy walking distance. Near the entrance are several restaurants, gas stations & fast food places.
Both the cable TV & the wi-fi are decent. With very nice laundry & restroom/shower areas. They do have a pool too, but it was closed during our stay. There are two fenced areas for your doggie family members.

Stayed on business and found this to be a very nice clean, well maintained RV park with a friendly helpful staff. The sites are not huge but were functional. No picnic table on site but they have a nice gazebo area. The showers and bathrooms are spotless as are the laundry facilities. They accept mail and packages. Staff has always been friendly and courteous. Park is close to shopping and restaurants. The only draw back is the park is close to I-5 freeway, and can be noisy in morning and evening. Would recommend for a traveler or someone wanting a place to stay for a month.

Clean and quiet most of the time. It is near the I-5 freeway and can be noisy at night. Not a lot of friendly folks I've found. I am a full-timer and have stayed at many RV parks across the country and find a lot of friendly people that say "hi" and actually talk to you...not here.
I do have a big problem with their restriction of older RV's. The full time residents do not maintain their OLD RV's and these trailers and motorhomes are bringing down the neighborhood. I don't mind the older RVs at all, I just don't think it's right to exclude the weary traveler

First I have to say this after reading the bad reviews. It's an RV park and NOT a campground!
It's clean, the owners are friendly and its conveniently located.
The only negatives were that there are some people that don't follow the leash rule for their dogs and the corgi next door would wander over.
I watched him take a dump in front of my camper which I placed at his owners doorstep. It's owners like this that create more pet rules.
The spaces are tight which is why they charge for extra cars but there is plenty of parking just outside the park. I did get one of the sites

My husband and I travel for his job in our Redwood 5th wheel and I look at Rv Parks as hotels for Rv's. I want a smile as I walk through the door and want them to be accommodating, clean and well cared for! I called this Rv park after checking into the really bad (Aurora Acres) Rv Park looking for for all of the above and I found it at this park they took amazing care of us and we're amazingly accommodating thank you we will be back!! They are also very dog friendly! They have a huge dog area very close. It is also very close to multiple restaurants and shopping loved this park! And

We stayed here after we were not welcomed the Phesant Ridge RV Park because my Golden Retriever did not meet their under 40lb weight guidelines. I have a full review on that one.
We found this park last minuet, they were so friendly and said they would hold a spot for us until we could get there. We pulled in and they apologized for out experience, put us in a spot right by the dog area so my pup could run around and enjoy some land. The facility was GREAT! Full hook up, cable, free Wi-Fi, a really nice swimming pool that a family was having a great time in and some nice showers along with laundry
