I remember the first time I walked into Atlantic Family Dentistry. Literally crying because all the pain due to abscesses in my gums. I was already looking into dentures at 28. I thought for sure whatever teeth I had left were goners. Well Dr. Mitchell and his team refused to let that happen. It took awhile but we came up with a care plan that I’m so grateful for! 1 years later, we were able to save my teeth, no more pain or abscesses and dentures completely off the table. Everyone is so welcoming and passionate. Not once have I ever felt like I was “just another patient”. Highly recommend

My experience at Atlantic Family Dentistry blew me away! From the moment they answered the phone they made sure to welcome me as a new patient. The office was able to schedule me an appointment immediately which I know isn’t to be expected every visit, but it was a bonus. The waiting room is cozy with lots of beverage options while you wait. The staff is friendly and professional and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The dental tech (not too familiar with the terms so I might be wrong on her title) was awesome! I believe her name was Madison. She started off by welcoming me to the practice

Dr. Mitchell is AMAZING!!! I absolutely love him and his staff! My mother recently passed away and I ended up chipping two molars from the stress. Dr. Mitchell took such good care of me. I had a lot of anxiety over the dental work that needed to be performed. He eased my nerves by offering a sedation option and communicating with me every step of the process. He was very professional and comforting at the same time. I would highly recommend him and his wonderful staff to anyone looking for a family dentistry!

This dentist office is just so friendly and welcoming. I have a huge fear of the dentist and within one visit, I was coming back for more dental work. They helped me find my dental insurance (insurance company never sent me my cards) and told me EXACTLY what I would get charged. I left there two days ago and I'm smiling for the first time in a long time. Thank you Atlantic Family Dentistry!

I was visiting from out of town about 3 weeks and my crown came off. I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Mitchell the next day. He and his staff were friendly, efficient and professional. Costs of services were explained and I actually received a reimbursement when there was a small issue. I will always use them when I am back in New Smyrna and my family will as well. Ethical practice!!

I was new to the area looking for a new dentist it’s always hard finding new care. I called the office I couldn’t believe they actually answer the phone in such a friendly manner. They gave me a tour and I’ve been with them for over a year now. This place is immaculate clean, friendly and accommodating staff. Great care. I highly recommend Atlantic family dentistry.

I would recommend this establishment to anyone searching for a dentist. Before my visit with Dr. Mitchell and the Atlantic Family Dentistry team, I was in need of a dentist who could operate on all quadrants of my mouth. I did not feel comfortable with my smile. I needed three root canals and many fillings. The staff here made me feel at home,… while staying punctual with the appointment time. Dr. Mitchell did an amazing job on every visit. I arrived at my appointment early and provided them with a copy of my insurance coverage which indicated services rendered from out of network providers were not covered. I waited in the lobby 30 minutes PAST my scheduled appointment time. I was given a "tour" as we proceeded to the open exam room. There is NO privacy. You see and hear all the… interactions with the other patients at the practice. At this time, I was given a stack of papers to complete. I just finished a string of appointments with Dr. Towe! He is great I didn’t have. Interaction with any other dentist there., but I’m glad I got Dr Towe! The whole staff is great. They make it so easy you aren’t worried about being at the dentist! Dr Towe is a perfectionist and he made a bridge for me that was great! Looked better than my own teeth! Never had 1 pain,very gentle. I would recommend him for any type of dental problems! I’m a very happy client!!!😬
