I went to Richs' to have a top made for my boat, Moe said he could get the job done in 2 weeks and hell have a guy come to me. $2800 and 4 months later this is the job Rich's put their name on. gave him 12 months to make it right. I had to pay a different shop and trade for a car to redo the entire top. This is what riches custom upholstery was willing to put the Rich's name on. (Please note that's actually blue sharpie that was used to color white sewing thread)

After 19 summers of top-down driving, the leather interior of my '92 BMW convertible was pretty much trashed. Moe and his team were completely unfazed. He has the connections to procure original, color-matched leather for all my seats, and the skills & experience to install them. Better yet, this shop basically rebuilt the mechanical structure of the seats, repairing the recline and adjustment functions, and even replacing the seat heater elements to restore that function.

Back in July 2019, I used Rich's to work on seats that came with a 2006 Mazda Miata I had bought in May 2019. I was *not* going to live with the black vinyl seats that came with the car! Working with Moe, I picked out a good-quality, attractive fabric. Moe also suggested that new foam be added to the seats while the coverings were being replaced. The final result was great! The new seats are *so* much more comfortable, and the firmness and support from the new foam have been greatly appreciated. Sixteen months later, I'm still very happy with the upgrade to the seats! Moe and his team worked hard switching the cloth seats to leather in our 2017 Ford Expedition. Even though it took longer than expected (three rows of seats) they were committed to do a good job. It turned out great!
I appreciate the friendly service and reasonable prices. Moe recommended to add heated seats which makes the SUV feel more luxurious. I would highly recommend their services.

This review is actually long overdue, but Rich and his team did my bike seat back in 2002-2003 sometime, shortly before I rode to Sturgis that year. Also put a custom skin on it with stitched flames, matching the style of the flames in my paint work back then. I still have the seat (& bike), and it has been a joy to ride on long and short rides alike. Kudos for a job very well done!
