Attorney James D. Wade, a born and bred Mainer, began his career as a tax accountant and CPA. Working with individuals and small businesses on their tax planning and preparation needs, he found that legal issues arose frequently. So, in 2010 he enrolled in the University of Maine School of Law.

I had been attempting to work with the IRS on my own, until my revenue officer levied my bank accounts and my wages with zero communication beforehand.
