Jeanette has been an amazing asset to our family. She’s thorough, down to earth, gives you all options, isn’t driven by money but instead is driven by doing what’s right. We are forever grateful to her for what she has done and continues to do to help our family.

I was fortunate enough to work with Jeanette Durham during my divorce in 2018. From the very beginning, Jeanette was gentle and empathetic and took great care to explain to me my options and all conceivable outcomes. During the whole process Jeanette fought extremely hard in my best interest and when we had our day in court I not only felt well represented legally, but also cared for and protected on a personal level. I can't thank her enough for making the worst day of my life a little bit easier.

I have never needed to use a lawyer before but I'm so glad I choose Jeanette out of the myriad of options. Jeanette made an otherwise difficult and painful process as smooth as possible for me. There were no grand promises only truthful explanations of what to expect. I got the sense from the get-go that Jeanette truly cares about difficult family dynamics and wants what is in the best interest of any children involved, and that her end goal is to protect the children while recognizing the fact that two people still need to continue co-parenting in the aftermath.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Jeanette Durham was appointed by the court as the Guardian ad litem in our case on January 11, 2018 until she issued her Report of the Guardian ad litem on May16, 2018. Jeanette chose sides in the pending modification, contempt and custody case by working to prove one parents unsubstantiated narrative against the other. Her investigation concluded with her Report of the Guardian ad litem where she repeatedly quoted my ex-wife’s statements, opinions and fears as fact without any substantiation; blatantly ignored facts and evidence to the contrary. Jeanette’s findings of fact within the report

Jeanette''s abilities as a trial attorney and family law attorney are impressive - I have opposed her in several matters and I have the utmost respect for her. She is very tough and always comes to court prepared, which is evident in the courtroom. She is friendly and easy to talk to, with a real no nonsense approach to her cases. She's straightforward, diligent, responsive and family law needs more people like her.
