I would never go here. I’ve been calling for a week to cancel an appt so I don’t get charged $ 25.00 no show charge. And they answer the phone “ Coastal dermatology please hold”. Over and over and over. I’ve waited on the phone over 5 mins a few times. That is EXTREMELY BAD customer service!!! It’s ridiculous. You can’t get a word in. It is so frustrating!!!! I will never go here. This would of been my first appt. that’s a terrible first impression. No one is that busy.

I recently made an appointment for a dermatological screening to get a real, live doctor's opinion about a spot on my cheek that the Internet advised was most likely terminal and probably highly virulently contagious—at least to the extent that people Googling health issues and abnormalities will inevitably find loads of paranoiac clues on WebMD and online health forums that will damn them to obsessive ideation of disease and an early visit from the Grim Reaper—the blind and dumb dealer of grainy 72dpi photos of tumors and false prognostications of "only six weeks left to live."

I would recommend this facility and Dr. Linda Zhou to anyone. My primary care Dr. referred me. Staff super friendly and reassuring. Appointments met in a timely manner. Dr Zhou is very thorough and very good. I had a biopsy and diagnosis within a week, then appt scheduled for treatment within another week. A few weeks later I had a question about my wound site. She took me in same day , and everything was fine. She and the staff were very accommodating and encouraging with regard to helping with any questions or concerns

Very friendly staff, I went in for a sun screen cancer check after a friend of mine had a skin cancer scare, he told me I should go in for a yearly check up and recommended this place. Very nice location, easy parking very up to date on the inside. Very quick as well I was in and out the office in less and 10 minutes. I highly recommend you check this place out!
