There are a variety of reasons for wrinkles such as aging and sun damage. Some wrinkles are related to muscle movements used for facial expression, while other wrinkles are caused by bone, fat and collagen loss. Interventions may include a variety of treatments, such as laser, regenerative medicine (micro-needling with PRP), botox, fillers, or peels.

After diligently researching the best place in Rhode Island for laser hair removal, I discovered Tokarz Dermatology. My sisters and I have now been going for several years and we would 100% recommend Dr. Tokarz and her team. She is extremely talented (w/ years of experience), professional, and is always going the extra mile for us! Her staff could not be any nicer and helpful! As for the treatment itself, you can’t find a better deal for the price. It truly has worked wonders by eliminating redness/bumps/irritation & hair of course. I just had IPL, my first real "skin procedure". I am blown away by the results.
I am 53 and have spent way too much time in the sun. My sun damage spots are gone! I didn't realize how much clearer and cleaner my skin would look. I will do this again. I love Dr Tokarz and Maria and the whole staff. Great place. Great vibe.

I had my first appointment today with the nurse, Samantha, for dermaplaning. I wasn’t sure what to expect but she made me feel very comfortable during my appointment. The staff were all so welcoming. The office was clean and beautiful. I asked about some of the other services they offer and Samantha was very knowledgeable and helpful. I can’t wait to go back for laser hair removal!

3 years ago my dermatologist was retiring and recommended Dr. Tokarz and only Dr. Tokarz. Whilst I was sad my dermatologist was retiring, looking back it was probably the best thing for my skin. Lol! Dr. Tokarz raised my skin care to the next level. At each visit she listens to my concerns, makes recommendations, provides quotes and lets me know which procedure will work best. An absolute gem of a dermatology practice. Dr. Tokarz is extremely knowledgeable. I receive a full written estimate for all of my procedures and a complete (and not rushed!) explanation of my treatment options.
The doctor's staff are all professional, friendly and helpful.

Dr. Tokarz has been in the field for many years. Her new practice is absolutely stunning. very modern and clean. The staff is professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I came to Dr. Tokarz after I had a bad experience at a medical spa. I showed her pictures of what went wrong and she explained to me in depth how it happened and what we can do to avoid it from happening again. I would 100% recommend anyone looking for laser hair treatments to visit Dr. Valerie and her staff!! The entire process was so quick and PAINLESS! I did not have any prior experience with other laser hair removal treatments but the technology Dr. Tokarz uses does not even feel like lasers and reviews I have read elsewhere. Imagine being tickled by a feather, because that is exactly what I thought was happening!! Highly HIGHLY recommend going here over anywhere else! It is so so worth it!

Dr. Tokarz is extremely knowledgeable about her field. Her laser machine is top notch which means less downtime overall after any laser procedure. Dr. Tokarz always gives you her honest opinion if something will work or not. Her new office is breathtaking which is filled with a great and efficient staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful upon my first visit.
