Unfortunately, we are not able to accept new adult patients with Oregon Health Plan or Medicare at this time as our panels are full (our percentage of clients with these insurances is already far higher than most private practices), and our office policy prevents treatment for chronic pain management with narcotics or other scheduled subsances.

My family and I have been with Sunrise for around 8 years as patients of Jacqui's and she is the finest NP that we have here in McMinnville specifically but surrounding areas as well.
The person centered, total health and wellness care is by all providers at Sunrise is exemplary to say the least.
Jacqui is an amazing listener, problem solver, compassionate, kind and willing to discuss options outside of medication for patient wellness, and that puts her practice several years ahead of the rest.
The entire Staff Team at Sunrise is a direct reflection of team-thoughtfulness and Intentional hiring

We absolutely adore this office and all the staff! All the Physicians are very friendly, highly educated and very non-judgmental. I have prefer a more conservative view on numerous medical procedures specifically vaccinations and Jacqui and her staff are very respectful and allow me a delayed schedule. Always offering me all the information on the vaccine. Careful about the proper timing and I always feel well taken care. This is why I choose to bring my children in and my boys enjoy going. Always a professional and very friendly experience.

By far one of the rudest MA/PA I've ever encountered! Then you can add a sprinkle of lying, a dash of deceit, a pinch of helplessness. WHAT GOOD DOWS IT DO ME TO HAVE A PCP, IF THEY CANT EVEN DO A ROUTINE ER VISIT!!! I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE THIS CLINIC. Rude, condescending, deceitful, and you're likely to be worse off than when you arrived. I've meet 2 of the PA's and neither of them looked at me as a human, but just another "number". Lucky if you even get 5mins with a provider. I have 2 autoimmune disease's, DDD, Thyroid, RA, and fibro. But it's all in my head....YEAH RIGHT!!! I HAD an ok life before

I am a parental rights advocate and just had a mother report that Dr Jaqui not only tried to administer the flu shot on a child just diagnosed with pneumonia but she was very much a bully and not respectful the parents wish to decline said vaccine and told her she can no longer be apart of their clinic.
This is a massive injustice and I've called for a medical complaint about this doctor at this clinic.
