I have a friend who lives in Southside Manor. She has had a bug problem there as have other residents of Southside Manor. She has worked with Maxine in the office there, but has not been able to resolve her problems to her satisfaction. Robert Cottingham management needs to become more involved in the management of Southside Manor.
