This review is purely based on the online application and NOT the service I received via phonecall.
I reserved an apartment via the online application portal just to be told that the apartment I reserved was not available and, in fact, no units were available until February!
While the woman I spoke to was professional and understanding, I struggle to see the benefit of having an online application portal if it's not accurate. Now I have nowhere to live and I'm out $135.

There was an issue with my application in late august and I was to be refunded, but it took 2.5 months of phone calls and waiting to get it resolved. I didn’t get any sort of update on my initial leasing issues until I left a bad review, which I agreed to take down after he said they would refund me. Followed up multiple times but no one let me know about any sort of delays until today, and it has been difficult to get ahold of the manager because he’s always busy.
Nevertheless I was assured it would be taken care of today. On a positive note, Kylie has been professional and has done her best

Nice place to live and a good environment! Also conveniently located in Peoria plus the management and maintenance staff are very polite and professional! I have lived almost 5 years now and I am very happy with the place and people! Plus the updates are awesome as well very glad to see the changes that have been implemented

I have really good friends that live there and others that have lived there in the past. The office staff is AWESOME! Really responsive to problems and the maintenance staff is great. They are super fast at tackling problems and they keep you up to date if they need to order a part or something. The property itself is so pretty and the neighbors are really friendly and kind. When you talk to the staff you can tell they really like working there. They create a nice welcoming atmosphere. If I lived in town I'd to live there.

When i moved in over a year ago, there were terrible reviews leading up to new management. The new management has gone above and beyond to change the culture of how they handle their business. I have been and will continue to be impressed with their professionalism. Thank you for making this feel like home!
