Lived here over 2 years, the apartments are very old and not taken well care of. The appliances, windows and tub and ancient and not energy efficient. Prepare to have a relatively high heating bill in the winter. Security is non existent and the landlords only now installed door locks. The walls and floors are very thin and I can hear my neighbors' sneezes and converstaions. The landlords themselves are unwilling to make repairs when needed, as I had a ceiling water leak that took weeks to repair to a livable condition. In terms of their attitude, they will sue for anything. They have taken former
