He was very efficiently tow the car to a save place and replace the tire when we had flat tire on route 90 highway going to Boston. My daughter's Volvo wouldn't start due to an ignition switch issue. I wish I could remember the tow man's name because he was super friendly, helpful, and very careful when with getting the vehicle on the flat bed when the car refused to go into neutral and needed to be "dragged."

We were stuck on the highway which wasn’t very safe but a really nice police officer came onto the highway and parked behind us and that made us feel a little safer because we had little room as to where tractor trailers and other vehicles were coming so close to the car it was really scary.. I was told that because of the area I broke down in AAA couldn’t come out that they had to send another tow company out and that we would be responsible for the bill and that they would reimburse me that part I didn’t like why should I be stuck with a bill isn’t that why I pay AAA to do and what if

They did a decent job but the cost was outrageous.
I understand the are set rates but I am not an insurance company, I am just an average person, so 1200 dollars for a tow really hurts, especially with having to deal with an accident too. They charged 644 dollars for cleanup when they barely did anything. Picked up a few items and threw them in my truck. 83 dollars for plastic to cover the broken window. They could have cut me some kind of break. Their building and trucks are very nice. Manager was rather heartless.
Didn't give me the bill until after I paid it.

This company is very professional and respects zero-contact service due to covid. Even though the technician who came was outdoors, he still wore a mask to respect our safety. Jennifer the dispatcher was amazing and Chris the technician was quick and flawless in getting my car working again. Thank you and Happy Holidays!

Car wouldn't start and called to get car towed. Women who I spoke to was so nice. Tow truck got to me in less then 30 minutes. The guy Ryan figured out it was my battery and he got it started. He told me to bring it to an auto zone and they would put in a new battery for me. The service was great and the people were absolutely friendly. Thank you!

David was amazing! He was so polite and helpful. He saved us hours and dollars by recommending another location than we had chosen that could fix our issue quicker and same day. I will remember this unfortunate detour on our trip positively vs negatively because of him.
