Spoke to a rep here who said they were sending someone to come look at my truck. When I called back to check in the status about an hour later, I was told to get someone else with no explanation why. Finally, they stopped taking my calls. Very unprofessional.

Had to get my old car towed to donate to local fire dept, they gave a reasonable price and were polite, there was a delay upon pick up but only because it was a busy rainy day and so there was a wait, but no biggy. They did update me with what they could for an eta that day, so they were helpful.

I stupidly overloaded my garden trailer with gravel. Of course the tire blew out on a sketchy section of 291. I called Central towing, I called AAA, and another place I can’t think of right now and no one would help me.
I called Mikes and the lady who answered was friendly and reassuring and told us they could help us, that they were up to an hour away.
30 minutes later the flat bed arrived, winched my trailer on and an hour later it was in my driveway.
I appreciate them helping when no one else would. Anytime I need anything towed I’ll call them.

My key wouldn't turn in the ignition. So, I needed my car towed to the dealer. It was my first time calling a tow truck. I got excellent service!! They showed up earlier than expected. The customer service lady was nice and the driver!

Got into an accident during a snowstorm (I am okay, thank you!) and needed to have my car towed. The Windsor PD called for the tow truck and I have to say I had a really positive experience. The individual who towed my car was very nice and concerned for my safety. It was actively snowing outside and he ensured I got home safely and didn't stand outside in the cold. When my insurance adjustor called the following day to review the estimate on my car, he informed me that my car was being kept indoors and not outside in the snow. This place is really great. We needed a tow and they came quick for a very affordable price. We were on the side of the highway planning to Uber but the manager of the shop came (separate from the tow truck driver) to pick us up so we wouldn’t have to wait. Both of the guys that helped us were super friendly and helpful. Cant recommend this place enough!

Traveling in the area from out of town and had a mechanical problem that required towing. Jack from Mike's Towing arrived quickly and took care to transport my truck to a nearby car dealer for repairs and followed instructions to hand off the vehicle to the service department. I was pleased with service and would use again if necessary (hopefully not).

Best towing experience ever! When our truck broke down on the interstate, we called Mike’s. It was cold and rainy and with 3 of us in the truck, we knew all of us wouldn’t be able to ride in the tow truck so we ordered a ride through a car ride service. We were nervous about the driver being able to find us/being willing to pick us up on the side of the interstate.

Called to get a quote on a tow and the guy was rude and obnoxious. When I asked if he treated everyone like this he just hung up the phone. Windsor is a tough place to get any auto services.
