I wouldn't use those people if they were the last tow company on Earth. Somebody hit me and they were the ones that were called when I went to go retrieve some of my things for my car because it was totaled the gentleman there had such a horrible attitude and unfortunately I had to deal with him twice. I hope I never break down in the area where he would come because I didn't like him and I definitely didn't like the experience.

Not sure what these other reviews are describing. My experience was great, pleasant, reasonable prices, nice truck, easing going. Would/will be going back.

When my car's electrical system decided to light itself on fire Towstar arrived immediately after I called at 7 P.M. on a Sunday and made sure my vehicle safely returned to my home. He took great care loading my both on and off his truck despite it not being able to start and being low to the ground. All in all a very professional and excellent service.

This gentleman went out of his way to return my items after my car was hit. I've dealt with drivers before who "misplace" items, but this man returned everything, was honest, and helpful.

Great service. When I was stuck on he side of the road at 3 am never thought a live person would actually answer the phone. He did and I was home in no time. Thanks for the great service.

He hung up on me and wouldn't let me finish my sentence and he said he had nothing to do with me. DO NOT RECOMMEND OR WOULD WANT HIM TO HELP.

By far the WORST towing experience of my life.
My daughter had a car accident called AAA. Towstar was called by the Avon Police. This guy, Paul Sullivan, from Towstar shows up and tows the car from the scene before I get there and explains nothing to my daughter, who is a minor. I call and find out where the car is and go to take a look. Paul spends twenty mins telling me what he thinks it will cost to fix the car. Never once telling me he's not the AAA driver, what it cost to tow, that he's charging storage fees, and that he only takes cash.
I find this all out three days later when I try to
