I have stayed here several times and the owners are very nice. Good rate and the rooms are clean. Nice and quiet area. Air conditioning works very well. The rooms also have a refrigerator. Close to Ralph's and downtown Burbank so you can order anything close by. Definitely going to be staying here again.

The owner or manager is of Indian decent. He quotes you one price inclusive of tax over the phone. When you get there he charges another price plus tax, stating he only has one room left and then ask for $5. cash for key which is refunded upon check out. The beds are hard and the toiletries are horrible. The maids come knocking on your door loudly at 11:00 am telling you to check out they have to clean the room. It is not rustic as you all describe. It was a dump with poor service.

This is no 4 star hotel. There is no pool. But the owners of this no frills, clean lil spot were just LOVELY. They were so nice!! And the hotel and vicinity was SOOOO quiet. The Marriot and the Hilton Garden (where i was originally going to stay) gave me such a hard time i ended up stumbling upon this place by accident. Again, if yiou fancy yourself a princess, this aint the spot for you. Next time im in Burbank, ill stop in for sure!

This place is mad murdery son!!! Like...dude, seriously. If you have a car, sleep in that. I didn't stay here but I stayed across the street and saw the clientele and glanced in a room. As long as you know how to say "No thank you, you're very kind, but I would not like to buy crack." In several languages, you'll be fine (aside from the scabies or Hep B)
