Great place for a reasonable price for short and long term stays. Pat in the office is a great lady that works hard to make the Manor all that it is and the maid Jeannine works very hard to keep the rooms beautiful and keep guests happy couldn't ask to deal with better ladies than them. Highly recommend.

Even for a budget motel this place is sub par. The storage units out back are definitely random and throw the vibe off completely. Most patrons live there year round and can usually be seen hanging around in pajamas letting their kids run rampant. More like a broken down section 8 apartment complex than a motel. Would definitely pass on staying here. Theres a red roof inn one exit down on 93. Take the 10 minute trip there instead.
