Services
I-95 South to Route 101 East (toll). Take Route 101 all the way to the stop sign at the beach and go left on Ocean Blvd (Rt-1A). Proceed north and then make a U-turn on Ocean Blvd at the Rt 101 west entrance. We are located on the southbound side of Ocean Blvd. Third building on the right is the Grand View Motel.

Clean with plenty room for parking. We come here a couple times a year on the off season to go deep sea fishing. Gary and his daughter always take care of us . I recommend this place . I've stayed at other places on the beach front that were so dirty . These have enough room to keep your vacation comfortable and clean!

We have been coming to Hampton Beach for generations. We try different hotels when we come and this was not one I would recommend. I understand that it’s super expensive to update old buildings but there are ways to make it feel softer and less worn. Door to the bathroom doesn’t fit correctly so it drags, the air conditioner sounds like a steam train, the towels are thin, no coffee in the morning (the staff recommended another hotel as the best coffee??), beds are tough….and on and on. It feels like no one cares about making it a nice experience.

Jumpin' Jack's Java is a couple doors down for coffee drinkers. That's a big deal for me because I'm always up early but they open at 6. Check-out at 10:30 a & check in ( I think? ) Is at 1. It's clean, housekeeping doesn't make your bed, but spider webs in stairwells so tall people like me walk into them. It is a couple minute walk to "A" Street but at least you're on Ocean Blvd. for the view.

We were never given the chance to stay in one of the rooms. We attempted to reserve a room in person yesterday and were denied because of my service dog. The owner said no pets, and I offered to show him paperwork, but he didn’t care to see. He said he would charge us double for having a long haired “pet” and walked away from us. I am very disappointed and do not recommend staying here and supporting an ablest.

I made a reservation for july2022…. I called as I wanted a paper confirmation and couldn’t find it in my email. I was given an attitude stating I was suppose to be there last night. I said no I booked in advance for July 2022….the woman was not nice at all but did say she would refund the money. I felt terrible thinking I had done something wrong and they lost money because of me. When my cancellation came in it said July of 2022….. so I wasn’t wrong. I feel like their customer service could have been way better. I guess when so many people want to stay at the beach they can afford to

It could use some fundamental amenities, like a coffee pot in the rooms, a soda vending machine, and an ice machine. Rooms with two beds should include two chairs and a small table. The lighting is good outside. The rooms are clean. The view is fantastic(third floor). You're off the craziness of A - Z street but just close enough to be there quickly. I recommend the Grand View and would stay here again.

What a cute place!! We had a really good view of the beach. The room was very clean, cozy and had a couch to relax on after a long day! The owners are incredibly friendly and super nice. They have a hose on either side of the building to wash the sand off your feet which is extremely convenient and it's a short walk from all the shops! Will stay here again for sure!!

A bit run down looking but very nice rooms. The women that runs the front desk this past year was a peach, ( Linda I think was her name)very nice and was in good humor, making us laugh was such a good thing after the long drive to get there.. God bless her heart...a definite place we will return too.. so if your at the seacoast and need a place to stay thus is the place.
