Horrible experience. Inventory was in terrible condition! I rented tables and chairs which were in terrible shape. Their machines for popcorn, cotton candy and snow cone are also very dated. The bouncer we rented didn't inflate properly. They did try to swap everything out but accused us of breaking their blower. Made the whole party rental process very stressful and caused a great deal of problems for us on our event day! would never use them again.

The bounce house was fun but it is still sitting on our lawn two days after it was supposed to have been picked up. We call and call and get no satisfaction. We would move it to the driveway but it weighs a ton. It's ruining the lawn and the memories of the kids jumping and playing are fading as my concern about getting this thing out of here grows. I do not recommend this company.
Also: we did not know that keeping a bounce house inflated requires the running of an air compressor, which is very loud. Bear that in mind!

Used this company over the summer for my nephews party. After calling around, they had the best packages available. The crew was extremely helpful and understood I live far away from the location in Babylon. They were able to give me a day to be there with the cash and it felt good to help my sis out with so many things to do!

I called 5 months before my event to get prices of all that I needed and was told call back in 3 months to book, which I did. The week of my event I was called and told by the owner the machine I order is not working and " If I want it I can come down and fix it myself" with disbelief and loss words, I couldn't believe the owner himself would be speaking to me in this manner. The company is unprofessional and unreliable. Stay away !!!

Rented a bouncy house and cotton candy machine from them and the bouncy house was a dirty mess and the cotton candy machine was also gross. The machine was missing the temperature knob and burnt the cotton candy every time. When i called i got the run around and was never called back from the owner. Rent somewhere else!

Slide purchase for block party , slide came late , not all parts , we contacted company when workers came to take it 5 hours later .
The workers disconnected slide as small children were still on , very dissatisfied. They didn't care about these children at all . 5 hours 700 dollars . Never use these guys . They don't care and most parents at block party will be filing a greivence .
Update : Its ok that the owner wrote what he did , and yes in the contract it said 7pm , but he failed to tell you that the slide came late and was missing parts and you could not use it till they came back to fix

I use LI party guys annually for our block party in Kings Park. This is the 5th year for us and they are very accomodating! I used to look every year for package deals but I don't waste the time anymore because when I call them they always give me the best rates and they put together good bundle packages with discounts. The other thing that's so great is that the rental time is not limited to 4 hours, they give you the rental for the full day. I look forward to another terrific party this year. Great experience with Long Island Party Guys!! Professional and reliable with great products at affordable prices. The set up team was knowledgeable and helpful and set my yard up perfectly. The removal Team took it down in a timely manner. All personnel from the office to the on site workers were informative and polite. Can't wait to use Long Island Party Guys again!!

Just used the Party Guys for our wedding, and all I can say is THANK YOU!!! So thorough, friendly, fun, accommodating, courteous, and, in spite of all that, insanely affordable. We used them for our tents, tables, chairs, linens, Porto-Potty, and lights, and everything was clean and sturdy. They even came back to fortify the tents amidst really strong winds, and cleaned up the day after our wedding without leaving a trace. My wife and I HIGHLY recommend the Long Island Party Guys for whatever occasion you have. What an absolute pleasure to do business with. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

I just used party guys this past weekend for 115 people. to celebrate my parents birthdays.They arrived as scheduled for delivery and pick up,and very courteous at home and in office. The tent was in very good shape and clean. The chairs were nice white plastic, clean enough and they wiped everything off at set up. The price was so reasonable as compared to other companies. I will use them again and recommend to others!

Used them last year for my daughters birthday (recommended by a friend). They were a pleasure to do business with, and the kids loved the bouncer and cotton candy. Just called to reserve tables,chairs,tent and bouncer for my son's upcoming communion. Teresa was very nice and took the time go over my options.

Love L.i party guys ! Came on time before birthday party , set up was great , cotton candy heat setting was pre fixed , which is great because we don't know what heat setting will work! I had ordered my own floss sugar because your only given a choice of one flavor,worked out perfect! Dj system so much fun and so cheap to rent... Dunk tank was also great , seat wasn't metal so kids were safe.. Chairs and table set up nicely and was clean! Best of all had everything till Monday when rented on Saturday! Fun bbq on Sunday ! Used this company twice. First time, really no complaints. Rental items are old, but what can you do when you need a tent, table & chairs for a big party .
Second time, tent & chairs were very dirty . They tried to hose off the tent which was OK. Chairs, that was another problem. They left them dirty . I had to go outside with a Mr Clean magic eraser and clean off the 80 chairs - not too difficult but why am I cleaning them??
Called the company, nice girl , said the "driver" manager would call me back . 3 months later, no calls .... Spend a few extra $$$ and rent from a different
