I still feel traumatized every time I drive by this place. Years ago I was referred here to help with meds. I waited 2 months for an appointment. The day before the appointment they called to tell me my insurance wouldn't cover it. I had given them my insurance info 2 months prior when I made the appointment. So i paid out of pocket. When I showed up for the appointment they said the doctor was overbooked and I couldn't see him. They offered a nurse practitioner. I saw her and that began several weeks of visits. She changed my meds every 2 weeks. 2 meds at a time. Not at all scientific

I love my therapist, she has been very helpful in my recovery from anxiety! I also have found Monica- the office manager- to be extremely helpful. I was nervous after reading the reviews. However, my experience has been wonderful. I have gotten call backs promptly from her. When I encountered an issue, she was on top of it and worked hard to correct it.

This place is terrible and the main issue isn't even really the doctors. I went here for a year and never once did my phone calls get answered. I would have to go weeks without medications because they took that long to refill them. This place was an absolute detriment to my mental health and caused far more stress just trying to have services and medication. My own therapist told me to never call the office because they won't answer if I need an appointment. I am currently in a group for people with bipolar disorder and several have said the same thing about Osman. People wonder what

If I could give my visit to Osman Clinic 0 stars, I would. Funny the person reviewing before me said the exact same thing. My provider there, a Nurse Practitioner was absolutely not qualified for her job. Every medication I was on, she had to stop and research it- and these weren't uncommon medications. During the appointment she also asked FIVE different times, i'm not exaggerating, what medications I was on- then, later in the day, I received a 3 minute voicemail saying that she still wasn't clear on what meds I was on. Why even have new patients fill out paperwork and WRITE OUT

I hate to write a poor review, but I was very disturbed by my experience at this clinic. The office is very run-down and dirty, but that was the least of the issues. I arrived at my appointment on time, but the provider was running 45 minutes late. Frustrating, but not the worst issue. While waiting in the lobby, I (along with everyone else who was waiting) sadly listened to the personal details of an appointment going on in the next room. The walls must be paper thin because we could clearly hear every single word. The saddest part was that the appointment must have been a pediatric psychiatric
