If you want to do business with a store that has deep roots in the community, sells quality products, and provides exceptional service, read on... I went to Stobbarts yesterday for the first time in a couple of years. I spoke with Wayne Stobbart,--the owner-- and explained that I needed some type of hook or wire to attach a Christmas wreath to a gravestone at the cemetery. I explained that the methods I had tried in the past never worked very well.
Using a roll of florist wire, Mr. Stobbart took the time to demonstrate to me EXACTLY how I could attach the wreath by wrapping the wire around the

Extremely professional and honest staff. I had difficulty with a nursing home accepting flowers. Stobbart’s staff followed through and let me know the flowers were not delivered. Great business, open late, with very friendly employees. All arrangements that I have ordered have came back beautifully. For the best arrangements, ask for amber. Very talented and knows what shes doing. They have a very large range of plants and flowers. Will always go to Stobbarts for any of my flower needs

Stopped in this morning to order a fall basket of flowers for a service on Monday. We were warmly greeted, and given wonderful customer service once again! We will be picking up the arrangement tomorrow, and we look forward to seeing what they have created for us!

Did wedding flowers....aweful terrible..when confronted defensive and not respectful as i the bride was disgusted with wilted roses in my white bouquet and all white arrangements! They denied and did not rectify any claims what so ever. Pictures were taken to hide the flower flaws. I would never order or suggest anyone order flowers for any occasion from this place. I gave 1 star because they had the balls to even show up with awful arrangements!

Friendly, down-to-earth people who take pride in what they do. Bought a dozen roses for my daughter a full week ago and they still look great. Buying local has its advantages - like dealing with real people, and getting good quality products. I recommend them.

I placed an order on a Monday morning for delivery less than a mile away for my sister's birthday the following day. Every detail was covered during the 16 minute phone call. All details were repeated twice to make sure the woman on the phone had them accurately. I left both my sister's cell phone and my cell phone numbers. The flowers never arrived. I left two voice messages regarding the non-delivery without hearing back. On Saturday I was able to speak with a woman to explain my disappointment and she said she would look into it and call me back. I have yet to hear back from them two days later

A friend ordered flowers last week for thanksgiving, we never received them. They said that they tried a few times and they tried calling. Neither one was true. We had 11 people at our house and we didn't go anywhere between Wednesday afternoon thru Saturday evening. We didn't show any missed calls and they didn't leave any messages. Poor customer service. Don't use them!!

I have used Stobbarts twice for funeral arrangements, both times I have been very disappointed. The first time the arrangement was supposed to be a pink/purple basket, it came all yellow. The second the arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered, not even the flowers were the same, never mind the color. If they are going to switch colors or flowers, they should let people know ahead of time. We are ordering what we see in the pictures, they should like somewhat similar to those pictures. In future I will find a different florist.
