The greenhouse attached to the very tiny gift/flower shop seemed like an afterthought. The succulents and indoor plants were not in great shape and their prices were outrageous. The same small cactus I could get at Home Depot for $3, they were charging $12! The gift shop had some cute accent decor but they were also outrageously priced. I can't speak for the outdoor plants but I can only imagine what they were charging for them. Overall, Lovell's was a miss for me.

TERRIBLE!! I sent flowers to a wake/funeral through Lovell's. I was very specific in what I wanted. Lovell's assured me they could accommodate my request. I placed my order on a Saturday for a Monday wake. If they couldn't handle my request, they should have notified me of such at the time I placed my order. The arrangement Lovell's delivered was not at all what I requested. The arrangement was disappointing in substance and style and represented a price point far less than what I paid for. Lovell's added dead hydrangeas to the arrangement as well. I was embarrassed

We stopped here after driving through all the local nurseries trying to find healthy looking plants to replace a few dead shrubs around our house. Their selection is really amazing and they do seem to take very good care of their plants. We ended up buying two hanging baskets, one rose and one hydrangea - all beautiful. Upon arriving home, we decided to double check the prices, since it wasn't adding up. Unfortunately, we weren't given a receipt, but all plants were marked with their respective prices. After adding it all up, we realized something wasn't right.

Lovells is the only place I will shop for all my flower and garden needs. I have been shopping here for years and they have the freshest most beautiful selection of plants in the area. I love that their staff is so knowledgeable and helpful in explaining how to best care for each plant and they always have great recommendations based on what I'm looking for. I've also used their florist services & their arrangements are always gorgeous. My husband loves buying our mulch & firewood there because it's so easy to have it delivered. The best part of Lovells though is getting

No stars!! Negative review!! Worst customer service ever. Down right rude. Bought 3 hanging baskets 2 days ago and 1 totally croaked and I tried to replace it. He said I had to pay for a new one and accused me of not watering it. Why did the other 2 not die then? I specifically asked for flowers that were hearty. I will not be here again and will let everyone know including both of my garden clubs not to shop here. He actually dropped my basket and broke the container!! Talk about a non-community like establishment,,,,

I've shopped here for plants for about two years, and they are my favorite nursery/garden center. Their selection is enormous, the prices are very fair and the layout is lovely. There's a koi pond between the different sections, which is fun to watch. I've looked elsewhere on occasion, but I haven't seen a flower shop that quite matches what Lovell's has to offer.

Received a nice bouquet of flowers from friends for the premature delivery of my twin granddaughters so i decided to order flowers for their memorial service.After a few phone calls back and forth with their florist for a special bouquet with peonies.She said to order them early so they could force them open. I ordered them with pink and purple hydrangeas.When i picked them up the peonies were not close to being open and the pink hydrangeas are more red.When I asked about the peonies. She denied she said they would be open and said she said she would try to force them open which was not true

I have been in the area for about 12 yrs with a sister that lives right down the road from Lovell's. I was astonished to see negative reviews only in that anyone who wants something special goes there. I have bought pre-made bouquets {in cooler} for years and they are gorgeous and unique - definitely not grocery store!
The summer containers that I make almost always has a Lovell's component; they always have a funky grass or new potato vine to make it unique. The geraniums are spectacular and they have neat combos to give you ideas.

This was my first ( and last ) time using this florist. I called to have a couple of Christmas arrangements sent out as gifts and referenced an arrangement that was on their website. I was assured that they would send out similar arrangements. Well, when I visited both homes over the holidays , wasn't I surprised to see two different arrangements, one worse than the other. The arrangements were not cheap in price ; however, many people noticed the poor quality and I made sure to tell them where they came from.

Anyways, it is my first time gardening and my boyfriend and I discovered this nursery/garden/greenhouse. "Oh let's check it out, it looks nice, maybe I can find some broccoli plants" I said as my boyfriend drove right passed the garden. "...... it's ok.... I'll just get them at lowes" My boyfriend turned around and said "no we will check it out" =)
