I enjoyed the 16 moths living in Summer Ridge, good neighbors and the view from the apartment was excellent. It is in a good location close to the main stores and restaurants. The service and attention from the staff and team were excellent, specially when repairing issues in the apartment.

They do their best to get as much money as possible, they split the water bill between residents, doesn’t matter if your one or 6. Apartment was moldy smelling from the get go-they didn’t care. Had multiple leaks increasing mold and mold smell, carpet in bedroom moldy from said leaks-yet they are charging to replace it because of pet damage. Christmas tree and any other items in closet smell and are moldy! They will not give you your deposit back !

Shout out to John the maintenance supervisor!!! He has always been very diligent in making sure any issues I have are addressed promptly and probably. He has come in to help when others couldn’t find the problem and continues to come back until its resolved. He has gone above and beyond in all my experiences with him. He even educated me on cricket season!!!! Whatever that man is paid it absolutely should be doubled!

The Summit Ridge, where Luxury meets affordability. I lived there for a little over a year and can honestly say it was very pleasant experience. I only had 2 issues over my course of living there. (A/C went out on me twice) once on the weekend, and each time they responded within 24hrs to remedy the problem. Cassie, and Megan were always pleasant and professional with me. My building was quite and pest free.

I have been living here since June. My power bills have been nothing less than 150 dollars. The A/C is nonexistent, and the management is terrible. Took a month for them to replace my A/C when the temperature inside would stay above 80 degrees. I am in the process of getting my 350 and 250 dollar power bills compensated right now. While speaking to them about the bills, the person who answered the office phone claimed that they would pay 350 and 250 for power for their own summit ridge apartment, and expect not to be refunded. What a joke.

Outdated appliances and no pool.
I’m not current resident but know a couple people who have lived here. It’s a good first place but not one to live at after your lease is up. Don’t try getting your deposit back even after you clean and provide pictures of before and after. They’ll call them “charges” so it’s not actually a deposit that they can pay you back for.
It’s also kinda messed up how they left a deceased resident lay in his apt without notifying his family or notifying the maintenance that they had died from complications of COVID-19.
Stay clear if you can and explore

These apartments are awful, they have a few unreasonable charges that are forced upon you such as having to pay to park for residents or else you will be towed and charged $300/+ to get your vehicle back. The office is rude and unhelpful, will not give you back your deposit. This place is trying to charge you a premium for the prison experience.

I've definitely enjoyed living here with my family. It's quiet and family-friendly. We haven't had any issues. The maintenance team is amazing and gets things done pretty quickly. They're out at the hottest times of the year, making sure work orders get done in a timely manner--amazing guys. The management is helpful. If you respect them, they respect you back and offer any help they can when problems arise. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the kitchens are a little small, but I know most complexes here aren't much different. Otherwise the grounds are beautifully kept and they keep
