I really love to live here. This place is very cute. When I have some issues in my apt, the work orders are done really fast. The new manager Porsche is a very nice person and always gives me great service. I am really happy living here :)

These apartments are trash infested with mice would give us a new stove when there was mice in the back of it would not recommend at all

There is a growing increase in both quality of community life & overall care happening at the Riverwood Apartment complex in Temple, Texas under the direction of, Porscha, Property Manager & her local/statewide management team. The grounds are increasing in appearance and there is a growing sense of Neighborhood NOT just another place to live in Temple.
This is Temple , Texas - The heart of Texas and we are still a community. With so many challenges residents and renters face these days it seems they are making it work at Riverwood.

Porscha was amazing! She did an outstanding job on trying to help me get an apartment ASAP! She said it’s ready and I can move in tomorrow if I wanted to! Y’all need to come here and see her she’s wonderful ! Highly recommended 🙌🏼

Love Riverwood! The office staff is super nice, the office was very clean. The apartment manager was very professional, and helpful!
