We start with a quick conversation to evaluate your needs, devise a plan, and ensure that the attorney-client fit is perfect. For estate plans, we'll mail them to you with instructions on how to sign and return them for digital archiving - you'll get them back in a formal binder. For QDROs, we'll handle it from here - getting the plan's pre-approval, filing it with the court for a signature, and returning it to the plan to effect the division.

The most common question we hear from prospective QDRO clients is this: "How quickly can this be done?" We get it. Some need access to their retirement account funds as well - for legal bills or just to jumpstart their new lives.
By the time I left law school, I knew I wanted to do family law. I had interned in the practice area and worked in courts, and the issues that these lawyers faced on a daily basis - pretty much spanning every conceivable legal field - both fascinated me and promised a future where I would never be bored.
