We focus on giving each client a personalized experience. We start with a working meeting to understand our client's individual needs, desires, and values, and to learn about their family dynamics and their assets. Then we spend time educating our clients on their options. We then customize each estate plan to ensure it meets every goal.
Probate is simply a legal process that authenticates and validates the content of a will. It may also refer to a legal proof bearing the court's approval seal that is issued to an authorized entity for a will's execution - in this case, referred to as the executor. In scenarios where there is no will-when a person dies intestate-the court appoints an administrator to act as an executor.
Many individuals devote lots of time acquiring wealth during their lifetime, but not enough time ensuring these assets go to their intended heirs. This is why estate planning is so important, and something we can help with. Simply put, estate planning is an agreement where an individual decides on the management and ownership of their assets and wealth following death or incapacitation.
I have been an established attorney in the State of California for over 14 years, initially compelled to attend law school to continue pursuing my passion for music and film that started while finishing my undergrad work at UCLA. During my time at UCLA, I worked in the music industry at Geffen Records and Zomba Music Publishing.
