I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Where do I begin? Well every 3 years my parents are getting constant phone calls to come back in to "review and update" their living trust. My parents had their trust originally made 20 years ago and they have never once wanted to change anything but somehow always end up getting swindled into paying hundreds of dollars on a minor change like wording of a sentence or paragraph. I went there about a month ago for a living trust. My husband and I were both suppose to go. My husband is disabled and was having a bad day. I went by myself and Peter Keon was very understanding. We went over what was to be in the trust. He made an appointment to talk to my husband on the phone. When he called he was very polite and patient with us. Today we went in to sign everything. Very professional, very prompt, but very expensive! Be sure to understand all aspects of a Living Trust before an appointment, especially because if you go again to change it's soon after it's going to cost you a lot! Peter is very fast and business like so it's hard to understand all the lingo, so be sure to ask again if you aren't clear! I finally got him to loosen up and smile for once after our last meeting!
