After a terrible experience with another company, an early phone call to Keith yielded high quality same day service. Originally, he was booked a week out, but a cancellation allowed him to repair same day.
He uses shorter than average repair windows and texts when he’s on his way. These minor adjustments make his service outstanding compared to the other guys.

Contacted Keith about our dishwasher on the Sunday before Memorial day. He got back to me and we scheduled a time on Tuesday to have him check it out. After diagnosing the problem he gave me multiple options along with pro's & con's to each option. He had to order the part, and returned the same day the part arrived to install it. I highly recommended KB Appliance repair for all your appliance repair needs!
