BUYER BEWARE. I called Main Appliance in mid-May to fix my fridge/freezer. Tech said he needed parts but it would only be a couple days ("as fridge/freezers get priority") and to expect a call. I waited...and waited...after a week passed I called to get an update. Service then said it was going to be another week (order was never placed...so much for "priority"). Finally June 3rd, the tech replaced two parts (a sensor and fan) without any explanation of what "broke" and why. I was skeptical because visually the items looked fine, but he's the expert, so I took his word (now knowing how they do

I bought my washing machine from Brothers Main, they messed it up during installation and so I had to call Main Appliance to have them repair it. The repairmen that came fixed the issue from the install, but told me the drain line didn't need to be so far down the drain pipe in the wall. Shortly after he left the drain pipe slipped out of the wall and drained water all over the floor during a wash cycle.

These people are rude!!!! I asked for less than a 4 hour window for servcie and the OWNER said that he would make it an all day window. Then he said that her would not be making the repair by actually checking to see what was wrong with the Dryer first. This guy is in this to get your money and not to repair your appliance.

I once again contacted Main Appliance when our Zephyr Range Hood quit working. We had had some electrical work done, and apparently it shorted out the circuit board. Of course the hood was a few weeks past warranty, but I immediately knew I would call Main. The first young man came out and replaced a blown fuse, but ordered the replacement circuit board and touch pad for us. He came back as soon as the parts were in, but it still did not work. It did take several weeks to hear back, but Josh explained that Zephyr was tough to get in touch with. Haldan (sp?) came out when the parts finally came

This is a great company!!! The owner himself makes service calls!!! How great is that!! Josh was awesome. He came in we talked about the issue with our refrigerator. He took a look at it and discovered that it was just a loose neutral wire at the main control board that was causing our problems. He showed me the issue. Told me if have the same problem, just call and they will come back out, no service call charge!!! Highly recommend Main Appliance Service for and appliance needs!

We have used Greenway Appliance Repair (which is now part of Main Appliance Service) multiple times for repairs on various appliances. We have been very pleased with their response time and the quality of the… repairs. Cost of repairs has always been fair. We have usually had Josh provide the service and he is great. We ask for Josh based on his excellent work. Highly recommend.

Wouldn't you know? Less than a week before Thanksgiving my oven goes kaput. Main Appliance Service was swamped with a Bosch dishwasher recall, but they squeezed me in. Went ahead and pre-ordered three parts for my oven (the most likely culpits) so all the tech had to do was go to his van and get the right part (they just return the unused ones). Had it fixed in 40 minutes and I'm going to be able to roast my turkey in two days. Rick was terrific and efficient. I highly recommend.

UPDATE: I did get a call back after posting this review. We ended up having Main finish the repair of the dishwasher but had to go elsewhere for the washing machine during the time we couldn't get a call back. The tech once again was friendly and efficient. If it wasn't for the long delay in communication this could have been a 4 or 5 star review.… So if you do use these folks just be clear on how you'd like to get updates and such is my recommendation. Also, don't buy LG appliances. ORIGINAL:It took them 6 days to get here for TWO broken appliances and then I never heard back. I was told

Tim installed my new Bosch dishwasher this afternoon. He called to let me know he was on the way, and once he got here he helped me with a pest issue that was brewing under the old machine before beginning the installation. I can't say enough good things about the service we received from Main Appliance Service. I will definitely call them in the future if I need any appliances installed or repaired.
