I would highly recommend this company. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what was wrong with the washing machine. I really appreciated the explanation and education he provided. The prices are very reasonable as well.

It was wonderful working with Coach Z. Our dishwasher was poorly installed, which caused a number of issues. He was honest, fixed everything and was priced fairly. Would work with him again.

Came to take a look at our dryer and, after diagnosing the problem and explaining it in a way I actually understood, gave us details on the various options to resolve the issues. While we ended up not having the dryer fixed — replacement was the better option — Jeff gave us lots of advice on the replacement. They were polite, efficient, fairly priced and we would definitely use them again.

Coach Z was very professional and did a great job fixing our GE refrigerator. He took the time to explain what the issues were and why he needed to replace the parts. I highly recommend Jeff if you have issues with your appliances. He gives you a fair price and great service.

I had a washer that went out. Jeff did a great job trying some different options to repair the washer. He was responsive, had low service call fees and is dependable. I would recommend him.
