Our practice accepts most major insurance plans and most of the smaller insurance plans. If we do not participate with your insurance and your plan allows out of network benefits, our office staff will assist you with the necessary paperwork so you can receive reimbursement directly from your insurance company.

I provide the highest standard of care to my patients. With years of experience practicing medicine, I are renowned for my skill in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of conditions and disorders. My doctors and my entire medical staff are always ready to provide expertise, experience and compassion to each and every one of my patients.
Dr. Pavlinich grew up in the Pittsburgh area and is excited to be working as a Pain Management Specialist and Physiatrist in the South Hills. She obtained her Medical Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 2015. She completed Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Pittsburgh.

I have been a patient for many years. I do not understand the negative reviews. Doctors, PAs, CNP have always been very good. Rhizotomies, trigger points, epidurals, facet blocks, SI injections. They are good at what they do. I have seen a number of Dr's over the years. Currently see Dr Mik. Personally I like him and he is a very good Dr. They also handle medication as necessary.

A total joke. You sit there filling out papers for over a half an hour. Only to get called back to talk to the Dr. Frankenstein about bulging discs in your back. Hebe ridiculed them saying saing they don deal with weakness. The MRI was fine it was not something I ignoredand I had a stroke but did nothing sbout it. Two other doctors confired the reason for the weakness was the bulging discs. It has gotten progressively worse over time. It was NOT a stroke and then he told me to leave nothing was wrong with me

This was the worst experience i ever had. I actually came out of the office in tears. Dr Mikhaylovskiy was the worst. He picked my pain level and did not let me explain anything. He was very argumentative and had no interest in what i had to say. He then asked me if i believed in shots i said im not sure because i know nothing about them. His reply was thats not what i asked you. I would not recommend this place.

My dad and mom had genuine reasons for seeking help at this facility. Dr. Mik was extremely rude, condescending, and just plain nasty. He actually told us if we didn't like it to "go somewhere else". I wouldn't send my worst enemy there.
He was very demeaning and belittled my mom the entire time we were there. His Russian European butt needs to be deported. All he believes is that everyone there is after narcotics. Would rate zero stars of possible.

I have never been treated so poorly & unprofessionally as I was here with Dr Mikhaovskiy. He came in the exam room on the attack questioning everything in my medical history. He kept interrupting me when I would try to explain my pain & would not even let me finish a sentence. He did not listen at all to anything I was trying to say. As someone else here said he treated me with disdain and acted like I was only after narcotics. He was completely dismissive, incredibly rude and condescending. Don’t waste your time.

I see PA R. Scott and she's very patient with me, spends time talking and listening and explaining, and treats me with respect. She's a wonderful caregiver and human being and I wish more doctors were like her. She never acts as if my questions or concerns are stupid or bothersome or dismisses them. She makes me feel like she really cares about my treatment and me and that means everything to me, especially with the way so many doctors are today, too busy and dismissive. Thank you so much! Also the office personnel are friendly and professional.

Dr. Mikhaylovskiy is one of the worst doctors I have ever seen. He is completely rude, doesn't even let you explain your pain, and treats you as if all you want is narcotics. I wanted to explain to him what pain I was having after surgery, tell him i wasnt even taking the pain meds because they dont help just make me high, and he told me everything I say is irrelevant. Smacked the foot I had surgery on the told me I was being dramatic when I cried out in pain. Point blank...he did not even try to manage my pain or help me. Do not go to him.
