They went out of their way to negociate with the buyer for a higher selling price for us, and succeed! It was a pretty old condo with outdated appliances, and the market was not at its best. We are very satisfied with what we got.
They were very efficient and responsive with professional communication in every step along the way. They outstanding knowledge and experience of this real estates industry, their excellent customer service, and the lovely little "suprises" we receiced

My wife and moved up to the Pacific Northwest from California about 3 years ago and as you can imagine it was a huge undertaking.
