Our founder Bill Cummens worked for years at a Water Well Contractor but after seeing the need for a customer service based contracting service, he decided to go all-in an start up his own business in 1972. Bill grew up in Clara City, Minnesota and was childhood friends with the Thein brothers. Bill got his first drink of water contracting with the Theins who trace their history back to 1893.

Water well televising, is a technique that allows CTW to inspect the inside of your well. We use a 360-degree hi-definition color camera that captures the inside of your well from multiple angles.
