The whole team at 4-D were professional and responsive. I left a voice mail and within a couple of minutes I had a call back from Donna. Dave gave me a call and we had a service call scheduled for the next day! Dennis arrived with the new tank but after his through analysis he deemed that we would be better off replacing the pump system. At no point did I feel I was being “sold”. Dennis was transparent and honest and clearly laid out a few options. Pricing was more than fair. With how busy all contractors are I was shocked that we could have this installed the next day and on the same day.

My husband and I highly recommend 4-D Well & Pump! They came to our rescue when our well completely stopped working. It was 3 pm on a Friday and we didn't have a drop of water! Initially we were told that they would stop by Saturday, which I was grateful to hear! Then we got a call after 5 pm that they would stop by that night!!!! We were elated to say the least. Within 2 hours they replaced our well pump and we had running water again. Their working conditions were unpleasant at best, at our 130 year old house! They didn't hesitate a bit. My husband says that they are "A get it done Company."

Called Dave on a Friday morning because our water pressure was horrible. Dave came out that day and looked at my system and quickly diagnosed the issue. The estimate he gave appeared to be reasonable. Had his crew at my house the following Thursday. Dave sent out 3 guys and the job was done within hours. Dustin (lead guy I believe) was open and communicated what would be done. Appeared very knowledgeable. After the job was done, Dustin walked me through what I needed to do before putting water back into my house. The other two guys on the crew were personable and communicated well. When I called

I called 4-D on a Saturday morning because I was having a short cycle issue with my well pump. I was pleasantly surprised to get a real person on the other end. 4-D came out before noon, diagnosed the problem (pressure tank), and a short time later my new pressure tank was installed. Extremely fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. About 2 hours from first phone call to new pressure tank installed--on a Saturday--I'd say that's pretty incredible. I highly recommend this company.
