I'm fully insured, and am certified by the American Red Cross in First Aid and Adult CPR-AED. Although I knew fitness was my passion and Personal Training was what I wanted to do with my career, I was having a lot of success through college in finance and had a good head of steam with a lot of experience by the time I graduated.
I provide In Home Personal Training for clients throughout Northern and Central NJ, On Site Personal Training out of my garage gym in Roselle Park NJ, and Online Personal Training for anyone in the world! Too busy to go to the gym or just don't feel comfortable in that environment? I get it, and that's part of the reason why I started my In Home Personal Training business in 2008.
For many years I have been overweight and out of shape. A lot of my friends were involved in going to the gym and trained in martial arts but I felt awkward and uncomfortable so I never went. I reached out to Clint for help and we did private training sessions right at my home. I have been a member of many gyms over the years and have had my own home gym for some time.

I’ve been working out with Clint for almost a year. I had recently been diagnosed with MS and was looking for someone to help me gain strength flexibility and balance. Clint is professional and patient and he knows some days are harder than others for me and tailors my work out around how I’m feeling.
He also knows when to push me and is a real stickler for form/technique and understands the science behind exercise. Clint keeps the workouts fresh and fun while motivating you to do your best.

I have been active and in good shape for many years but when gyms closed I began to fall into bad habits. Knowing I couldn't go back to commercial gyms I decided to hire Clint. He has impressed me with his ability to work around my injuries and overall knowledge of fitness. He is always on time and reasonable with the workouts- they challenge me but aren't so difficult that I can't move for 5 days. I'd recommend Clint to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness.

I have been working with Clint for a year now and it has been an unbelievable experience. I never weight trained before working with Clint and in a short period of time he greatly increased both my strength ability and my overall fitness. Clint personally tailors EVERY single exercise EVERY time always focusing on the fundamentals and with an incredibly deep understanding of not only what you should do but why you are doing. He is also a pleasure to work with and makes working out something to look forward to. I highly recommend!

While I’m no stranger to the gym and have worked with several Personal Trainers in the past, I’d come to a point 4 years ago where I had two tears in my shoulder then learned I need a hip replacement and was no longer able to do the same workouts I used to (without feeling pain). Clint has been the best at helping me overcome these hurdles by creating new workouts that have gotten me back to full strength and enabled me to feel myself again! He is extremely knowledgeable and puts a lot of energy into creating modified exercises that give us more variety since I’m so limited, and we have shared

Clint has been helping me get stronger and more fit for just over a year and I'm extremely happy with how much better I feel on a day to day basis. Clint is an excellent personal trainer. He takes the time to get to know his clients and develops workouts that match their background, current level of fitness and goals. Each workout is tailored to how my body feels and we work around any issue areas. He cares about my nutrition and lifestyle and we discuss ways to make healthier improvements.

Wish there was an option to rate 6/5!! I’ve been training with Clint for almost 3 years and it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself! After my twins were born I was feeling low energy and sluggish from carrying around extra post baby weight. I never had a gym membership and incorporated very little fitness into my daily routine. Training with Clint is what has enabled me to get into shape, feel great and have plenty of energy to get through and enjoy my day!
