My mission is to help you get in the best shape possible through your personal nutrition and fitness plan:. We start off with a one on one personal fitness assessment to discover the areas we will need to improve. Let me introduce myself, my name is Kris Scibetta. I am a Personal Trainer that is reliable, knowledgeable and experienced In Home Personal Trainer in New Jersey (NJ).

I look forward to assisting you reach your goals! I am not an intimidating, boot camp style trainer you see on reality TV. I actually take pride in working with my clients. I am patient, detail oriented and encourage my clients. If you have had a trainer in the past or have never worked out you will feel comfortable training with me.

Contact me for current training and nutrition. I will discuss with you changes I would make in your program to help you reach your ultimate potential. Consultations are also available to learn new equipment, how to set up your home gym, how to navigate the grocery store and how to set up your kitchen.
I received my Masters of Science in Exercise Science and have been working as a Full Time In Home Personal Trainer in Northern and Central New Jersey. I'm fully insured, and am certified by the American Red Cross in First Aid and CPR-AED. Although I knew fitness was my passion and being a Personal Trainer was what I wanted to do with my career, I have had a lot of success throughout my career in law and finance.
I provide In Home Personal Training for clients throughout New Jersey and Online Personal Training for clients anywhere in the world! Too busy to go to the gym or you don't feel comfortable in the gym environment? Not sure what equipment to use or how it works? I completely understand. That is why I started Train Your Body Fitness an In Home and Online Personal Training business.
I work with youth one-on-one to teach them about nutrition, help them lose weight, improve fitness, increase strength, improve endurance, improve cardiovascular conditioning, improve coordination, and sports conditioning. I am committed to making a difference in your child's life with the power of positive reinforcement and encouragement.
The term senior fitness refers to individuals who are 65 years of age or older. With all of the benefits that exercise has on older adults they are the least physically active. Train Your Body Fitness specializes in training older adults. The exercise design will focus on increasing strength and improve overall quality of life.

Kris was by far the most knowledgeable of the trainers I interviewed and once I started working with her I knew I had made the right choice. The experience and knowledge she brings is invaluable, not only when it comes to exercise but also nutrition. She takes a very personalized approach to training, everything pertains to your level, abilities and goals - I never feel overwhelmed or pushed too far. She will push you (!) but only as far as she knows you can go. Kris is motivating, encouraging and never boring! As long as you are committed she will get you where you want to be. Kris is a professional
